Shipping Policy
Currently, We can only ship to one of our boutiques for pickup. Click Here to find your nearest Kattouf Boutique.
Shipping times may vary between different orders according to these conditions:
- All products of the order are available in stock upon the time of the order and ready for shipment, delivery time will be 5 business days in this case.
- All products of the order are available in stock upon the time of the order, however, one or more of the products needs adjustment (sizing / customizing etc..), delivery time will be 10 business days in this case.
- One or more of the order products are not available in stock, delivery time will be 21 business days in this case.
Return & Refund Policy
At Kattouf, we work hard to ensure our store policies are fair, clear and transparent. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for below, don’t hesitate to get in touch so we can help you further.
- All orders can be canceled and fully refunded within 48 hours of completing the payment process as long as the order has not been shipped yet.
- Articles has to returned to one of our boutiques.
- Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in a saleable condition within 14 days,
sales receipt must be displayed upon the return.
